After placing an order on www.rjb.ie you will receive an “order acknowledgement” email showing the different products you have ordered. Please wait for your “order confirmation” email with tracking details confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Your order is important to us so R.J. Barber will always send your purchases individually wrapped with its own gift bag at no extra cost to you.

Each order will be sent by an insured courier and will reach you within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Every order must be signed for on delivery. We are not responsible for tracking or amending your order once it leaves our premises. Please contact our third party courier to track or amend your delivery time.

There may be a reason to cancel your order:

We are temporarily out of stock due to very high demand of a particular item.
We are unable to authorise your payment.
We have a technical fault with our website.
We have a pricing or product description error.
You did not meet our criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Our prices include VAT and are correct at the time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

All click and collect orders must have a viewable “order confirmation” on their phone or printed out to collect their order with the card that they used to place their order.

The collection must be made within seven days of receiving your order confirmation email.
